All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the order total and will be collected by the delivery carrier.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions
4. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and tags
5. Attach the return label and drop off at the specified carrier location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your preferred item.
